How do I return a product that I received from your store?
First, call one of our retail locations to receive a Return Merchandise Number.
Once you receive the RM#, the item may be returned to either of our retail locations. Your refund or exchange will be made upon receiving the product.
NOTE: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We cannot accept COD orders.
